The company is preparing to introduce several new developments, including Lamar, a residential project in Maadi; The Sign, a commercial and administrative mixed-use project; and a fully integrated residential community in New Cairo.
The expansion plan also includes two additional projects in Sheikh Zayed City, reinforcing Alhejaz Gardens’ strategy to establish a stronger presence in some of Egypt’s most promising and fast-growing real estate markets.

Commenting on his new role, Dr. Ahmed Samir El-Desouky, Chief Commercial Officer at Alhejaz Gardens Real Estate, said the company has strong foundations that position it for a significant growth phase, supported by more than three decades of experience in the Egyptian real estate sector, a diversified portfolio of projects, and a clear expansion vision.
He added that the company is implementing an integrated commercial strategy aimed at achieving sales of EGP 15 billion within one year through strengthening sales and marketing capabilities, expanding partnerships with real estate brokerage companies, and developing direct and indirect sales channels.
The strategy is designed to support sustainable growth, increase market share, and enhance Alhejaz Gardens’ competitive position in the Egyptian real estate market.
Dr. Ahmed Samir El-Desouky Brings More Than 20 Years of Real Estate Experience
Dr. Ahmed Samir El-Desouky brings over 20 years of experience in real estate development and investment across Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia.
He began his professional career in 2002 as a Sales Executive and gradually progressed through various leadership roles, eventually heading commercial divisions at several major regional real estate companies.
Throughout his career, El-Desouky has held senior positions at leading real estate firms, including Coldwell Banker Egypt, Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG), SODIC, DAMAC Properties, La Vista Developments, Amer Group, MG Developments, NCB Developments, ADC Developments, and Wealth Holding Developments, among others.
During his career journey, he contributed to developing commercial strategies, restructuring sales operations, managing project launches, building high-performing sales teams, and supporting companies in achieving their expansion and growth objectives.
Strong Academic Background Supports Commercial Leadership Role
Dr. Ahmed Samir El-Desouky holds a diverse academic background, including a Diploma in Marketing and Sales from the American University in Cairo (AUC).
He also holds master’s and PhD degrees in Psychology, master’s and PhD degrees in International Law, as well as MBA and DBA degrees from institutions in the UAE and an MBA and DBA from RB College at the British University in Egypt (BUE).
He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in financial management at the American University in Cairo.
