He explained that Abdin brings more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, during which he successfully managed various commercial operations and delivered notable achievements, making him a valuable addition to the company’s leadership team.
Kamal added that AIG’s entry into the Egyptian market followed an extensive study of the country’s investment potential, stressing that the company aims to establish an institutional investment entity built on customer trust, innovation, and sustainable real estate development concepts.
AIG prepares to launch AI TOWER project in the New Administrative Capital
The company’s Chairman revealed that AIG is currently exploring the launch of new projects in the New Administrative Capital, which has become one of the region’s most prominent investment destinations due to its advanced infrastructure, business districts, and integrated services.
He confirmed that the company has received the land for the AI TOWER project and is preparing to begin construction soon after finalizing agreements with one of the leading construction companies specialized in mixed-use towers.
The project is scheduled for delivery within four years according to the targeted timeline.

AIG confirmed that Egyptian real estate exports remain among its top priorities, leveraging its regional and international network as well as its customer base across Arab markets to attract more foreign investors to Egypt’s real estate sector.

Abdin highlighted that AI TOWER represents a new generation of smart real estate projects in the New Administrative Capital, as it will be operated and managed using artificial intelligence applications within the Central Business District.
The project spans 8,700 square meters, offers a direct view of the Iconic Tower, and consists of 50 floors featuring commercial, administrative, medical, and hospitality units, providing diverse investment opportunities for different investor segments.
The project incorporates advanced technological solutions through cooperation with the American company Honeywell to implement an integrated smart building management system and artificial intelligence technologies.
The project also benefits from the expertise of leading consultants, with Hafez Engineering Consultants responsible for architectural design and Moharram Bakhoum providing structural consultancy services.

Karim Abdin expects the Egyptian real estate market to witness a significant recovery in sales during the second half of the year, driven by renewed customer confidence and the success of developers in offering innovative real estate products that meet market demands.
