Cairo Hosts the “PeachTheGreatMENA” 2025 Roadshow
The 2025 “PeachTheGreatMENA” Roadshow concluded its highly successful Cairo stop this week in the
Fifth Settlement and New Cairo, attracting thousands of visitors and strengthening partnerships across
Egypt’s food and hospitality sectors. Funded by the European Union, the campaign transformed Cairo
into a vibrant hub of flavor, creativity, and community engagement Over two days, the roadshow
introduced visitors to high-quality EU processed peaches, featuring live streaming of the event across
social media platforms, celebrating freshness, taste, and culinary innovations using EU canned peaches
Tasting Experiences and Culinary Innovation
Under the theme “Enjoy, It’s from Europe”, the Cairo Roadshow showcased how EU canned
peaches can enrich traditional Egyptian dishes as well as modern cuisine Visitors explored the
EU Peach Tasting Pavilion, where chefs and promoters presented an array of premium peach recipes
highlighting both their nutritional benefits and year-round availability The initiative emphasized how
European peaches can elevate culinary experiences while promoting sustainability and quality
