Madinet Masr (EGX code: MASR.CA), one of Egypt’s leading real estate developers, has
announced the signing of two strategic partnerships within Tajed, the company’s
first integrated commercial district located in Taj City.
The agreements were signed with Qubix Co. to establish The Prism,
Tajed’s first commercial and entertainment hub, and with LA7 Egypt,
the renowned health and fitness brand, to launch its largest branch yet.
These partnerships aim to redefine the commercial, lifestyle, and wellness experience
in Cairo, offering customers an innovative mix of retail, entertainment, sports, and
health services that set new standards for urban living.
The Prism: Tajed’s First Commercial & Entertainment Hub in Cairo
Under the agreement with Qubix Co., Madinet Masr will introduce The Prism,
a 7,000 sqm commercial and entertainment hub that reimagines modern lifestyle spaces.
The hub will feature a curated mix of premium fast casual and casual
dining concepts, alongside select fashion retail brands.
The design incorporates drive-thru concepts, anchor units for casual dining,
and a dedicated prism-shaped space for events and retail supporting local brands.
A total of 15 tenants across food & beverage and fashion will be hosted within The Prism.
Construction is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2026.
LA7 Egypt to Open Its Largest Health & Wellness Branch in Tajed
Madinet Masr’s partnership with LA7 Egypt will see the opening of the brand’s
largest branch to date, spanning 5,400 sqm.
The new facility is designed to deliver a premium, integrated experience in health,
wellness, and fitness in Cairo, featuring:
Personalized training programs and specialized nutrition consultations.
Boxing, yoga, and functional training spaces.
Fully equipped courts for pickleball, badminton, and padel.
FIXYOU therapy and rehabilitation center.
State-of-the-art recovery rooms and luxury spa experiences.
Lifestyle add-ons including an LA7 sportswear store, a cooking school, and music rooms.
The branch is expected to be fully operational in the first quarter of 2027,
positioning Tajed as a regional benchmark for integrated health and wellness services.
