Edge Holding has announced the commencement of exterior finishing works at its Oia Residence project in Egypt’s New Capital, marking a new stage in the development of the residential project as the company moves toward completing the targeted construction works and preparing units for delivery during the fourth quarter of 2026.
The company also announced a range of exceptional sales promotions and payment facilities for clients during the final quarter of the year, coinciding with the continued progress of construction and the commissioning of essential utilities and services at the project.

Dr. Mohamed Abdel Moez, Head of the Commercial Sector at Edge Holding, said that the connection of utilities and the start of exterior finishing works represent important milestones in the implementation of the Oia Residence project.
He explained that the company is continuing construction works according to the targeted schedule, with preparations underway for the delivery of residential units during the last quarter of 2026.
According to Abdel Moez, the latest construction developments are being accompanied by the launch of a range of sales offers targeting units scheduled for delivery during the final quarter of the year.
Sales Promotions and Payment Plans Up to 10 Years
The company stated that the latest sales offers are designed to link its sales strategy with the actual progress of construction at Oia Residence, providing clients with several purchasing and payment options as the project approaches completion.
The announced payment plans extend for up to 10 years without additional down payments, alongside discounts and other payment facilities on selected units.
The company also announced cash-payment discounts of up to 50%, according to the payment plans announced in September 2026.
These offers provide prospective buyers with a variety of payment options in line with the project’s construction progress and the targeted delivery schedule.

Abdel Moez highlighted the strategic location of Oia Residence in the New Capital, noting its proximity to several international universities and key vital areas.
The project also includes an integrated range of services and facilities designed to support residents’ needs, while the connection of utilities and commencement of finishing works represent key implementation milestones as the project moves toward its final stages.
Landscaping and Green Areas Underway
As part of the next phase of implementation, Edge Holding is scheduled to complete the landscaping and green areas during the coming period, in parallel with the ongoing exterior finishing works.
The company said that these activities form part of an integrated implementation plan aimed at preparing the units targeted for delivery during the fourth quarter of 2026 and completing the remaining development works at Oia Residence.
