Eng. Girgis Youssef, Chairman of J Communities, expressed his satisfaction with the strong turnout witnessed during the unit allocation event for the second phase of the Jamila project on Egypt’s North Coast, describing the high level of demand as a strong indication of growing client confidence in the company and its real estate development strategy.

Youssef noted that the strong interest in the second phase reflects clients’ growing confidence in J Communities, as well as their trust in the company’s projects and its vision for developing integrated real estate communities that respond to market trends and customer needs.

Client Interest Supports Jamila’s Market Position

Youssef emphasized that the strong demand for the second phase represents a positive indicator of the market’s interest in the Jamila project, adding that client confidence remains one of the key factors motivating the company to continue developing projects that meet evolving market expectations.

He explained that the significant client engagement during the allocation phase demonstrates the value customers place on the company’s projects and reinforces J Communities’ commitment to maintaining this confidence through its development strategy.

According to Youssef, the company remains focused on delivering projects based on well-planned urban concepts, strategic locations and distinctive features capable of creating genuine value for clients.

J Communities Continues Its Development Strategy

The Chairman of J Communities stated that the strong demand for Jamila’s second phase provides additional momentum for the company to move forward with its development plans and prepare subsequent phases in line with the rapid growth and transformation taking place across Egypt’s North Coast real estate market.

He added that the company is working to enhance the customer experience through continuous development and improvements in product quality, while maintaining its commitment to the principles underpinning its development vision.

Youssef further emphasized that client trust remains at the forefront of J Communities’ priorities, noting that the company seeks to build on this trust through ongoing development, high-quality project execution and products designed to meet the changing needs of the Egyptian real estate market.

Jamila Project Spans 130 Acres on the North Coast

The Jamila project extends across approximately 130 acres and features a waterfront stretching for around 700 meters.

The project enjoys a strategic location between Alam El Roum and Ras El Hekma, two of the prominent destinations on Egypt’s North Coast. Jamila is located approximately 273 kilometers from Cairo via the Dabaa Road, while Alamein International Airport can be reached in around 35 minutes.

The development is also located just minutes from Almaza Bay and approximately one hour from New Alamein City, providing convenient access to several major destinations along the North Coast.

91% of Jamila’s Area Dedicated to Green and Water Features

The urban design of Jamila places a strong emphasis on open spaces and landscape planning. Approximately 91% of the project’s total area is allocated to green areas and water features, while buildings occupy only around 9% of the overall development.

This planning approach aims to maximize open spaces within the project and create a balanced environment combining residential development with landscaped areas and water features.

The strong demand witnessed during the allocation of Jamila’s second phase reinforces J Communities’ strategy of developing projects that combine strategic locations, distinctive planning concepts and features designed to create long-term value for clients within Egypt’s evolving real estate market.
