The Future Real Estate Expo is set to launch a new edition in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, from October 8 to 10, 2026, at the Holiday Inn Riyadh Izdihar Hotel, with the participation of a selection of leading Egyptian real estate development companies.
The new edition comes as part of the exhibition’s expansion strategy in the Saudi real estate market, aiming to strengthen opportunities for Egyptian property exports and connect Egyptian developers with investors and clients across Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf region.
Riyadh Edition Builds on Future Expo’s Success in Jeddah
Eng. Sameh Fathy, Chairman of Future Real Estate Expo, said the Riyadh edition comes as a continuation of the strong success achieved by the exhibition’s previous edition in Jeddah last June.
Hosted at the Ritz-Carlton Jeddah, the Jeddah edition attracted nearly 5,000 visitors, with Egyptians accounting for more than 60% of attendees. Participating companies showcased more than 130 real estate projects and achieved sales exceeding EGP 4 billion, reflecting the strong confidence placed in the exhibition by both real estate developers and clients.
Fathy explained that the success of the Jeddah edition further strengthened the position of Future Real Estate Expo as an effective marketing and investment platform that brings together developers, clients, and investors.
He noted that the exhibition also plays an important role in helping Egyptian real estate companies enter new markets, while the upcoming Riyadh edition aims to build on the Jeddah results and provide attractive investment opportunities tailored to the needs of the Saudi market and Egyptians living abroad.
Future Expo Riyadh Targets Serious Investors and Property Buyers
Fathy emphasized that the Riyadh edition will offer a more professional and interactive experience for exhibitors and visitors, with a particular focus on attracting serious investors and potential property buyers.
The exhibition will provide a direct communication platform between Egyptian real estate developers and clients, helping increase opportunities for sales and contracts while strengthening the presence of Egyptian real estate brands in the Saudi and Gulf markets.
Future Real Estate Expo Plans Expansion Across Saudi Arabia
Fathy also revealed plans to organize additional Future Real Estate Expo tours during the fourth quarter of 2026 and the first quarter of 2027 in several Saudi cities, including Al-Khobar, Abha, and Jeddah.
The company is also expected to begin discussions for launching European editions of the exhibition early next year, as part of its broader expansion strategy aimed at reaching Egyptian real estate buyers and investors in international markets.
