The Cityscape Egypt Summit 2026 is set to take place on September 7 at The St. Regis Hotel in the New Administrative Capital, bringing together senior government officials, real estate developers, investors, and industry leaders to discuss the future of real estate investment and urban development in Egypt.
The summit will be held under the patronage of the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, in cooperation with the Administrative Capital for Urban Development Company (ACUD), and in partnership with Midar as the main sponsor.

The Cityscape Egypt Summit 2026 comes at a time when Egypt is advancing one of the region’s largest urban development strategies, supported by major national projects that are reshaping the country’s investment landscape.
At the forefront of these developments is the New Administrative Capital, which is being developed as a symbol of modernity and quality of life and as a regional administrative and financial hub, in line with the objectives of Egypt Vision 2030.
The summit will provide a high-level platform for stakeholders to examine the latest developments in Egypt’s real estate market, identify investment opportunities, and discuss the factors expected to influence the sector’s growth in the coming period.
New Administrative Capital Emerges as Major Investment Destination
The New Administrative Capital covers an estimated 230,000 feddans and is planned to accommodate between 8 million and 9 million residents.
More than 30,000 people currently live in the New Capital, with relocation to the city continuing to increase.
The city is also home to the Government District, which includes more than 30 ministries and government entities as part of an integrated digital transformation system.
Meanwhile, around 520 real estate developers are working across different districts of the New Administrative Capital, reinforcing its growing position as a major destination for real estate investment and sustainable urban development.

The Cityscape Summit program will feature more than 20 speakers and experts representing leading figures in investment and real estate development in Egypt and across the region.

Cityscape Egypt 2026 Exhibition to Follow in September
The summit will pave the way for the 15th edition of Cityscape Egypt 2026, which will be held from September 30 to October 3 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center.
The exhibition is expected to bring together more than 80 real estate developers showcasing over 1,000 projects.
The scale of participation reflects the continued momentum of the Egyptian real estate market and reinforces Cityscape Egypt’s position as one of the region’s leading platforms for real estate investment, development, and business opportunities.
