The project will feature a unified smart operations layer that connects devices, sensors, and systems across the development through a centralized digital platform.

Its scalable architecture enables the seamless expansion of smart services without requiring major infrastructure upgrades as the development evolves.

The digital ecosystem will also serve as the foundation for a comprehensive portfolio of smart city applications, including multi-functional smart poles equipped with energy-efficient lighting, connectivity modules, environmental sensors, and surveillance cameras.
