HP Inc. has unveiled its next-generation AI-powered communication and collaboration ecosystem at InfoComm 2026, introducing a comprehensive portfolio of solutions designed to redefine how organizations collaborate in today’s hybrid work environments.
Powered by the HP Workforce Experience Platform (WXP), the new ecosystem connects employees, meeting spaces, and devices through intelligent management capabilities that simplify IT operations while enhancing productivity and workplace experiences.

HP Workforce Experience Platform Delivers Unified IT Management
A key announcement at InfoComm 2026 is the integration of HP Poly Lens and WXP Collaboration (formerly Vyopta) into the HP Workforce Experience Platform (WXP), giving IT administrators a centralized dashboard to monitor collaboration spaces, computing devices, and print infrastructure.
The platform also introduces HP Poly Lens Room Visualizer AI, an interactive digital twin that provides real-time visibility into meeting rooms and workspaces, allowing IT teams to optimize room utilization, improve collaboration performance, and streamline workplace management.
By combining advanced collaboration analytics with intelligent room management, HP WXP enables organizations to convert fragmented operational data into actionable insights that enhance employee productivity and maximize workspace efficiency.
HP Future-Proofs Meeting Rooms with AI-Ready Collaboration Solutions
HP also announced HP Poly Studio Room Compute, its next-generation Windows-based collaboration engine designed for both Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms.
As the industry’s first collaboration compute solution powered by Intel’s third-generation Core Ultra processors with integrated Neural Processing Units (NPUs), the platform is built to support emerging AI-assisted meeting experiences while providing long-term lifecycle support and simplified room deployments.
The company confirmed that HP Poly Studio 5 Room Compute and HP Poly Studio 7 Room Compute will be officially certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms. Both systems feature simplified installation through color-coded ports, automatic device pairing, magnetic mounting, dedicated PoE connectivity for the Poly TC10 touch controller, and centralized management through Poly Lens.
In line with HP’s sustainability strategy, the devices are manufactured using at least 60% post-consumer recycled plastics.
HP Poly VideoOS 5.1 Enhances Hybrid Meeting Experiences
HP introduced Poly VideoOS 5.1, delivering a smarter hybrid meeting experience through Poly DirectorAI multi-camera technology.
The AI-powered system intelligently switches between multiple cameras to capture the best angles of in-room participants, creating a more natural meeting experience for remote attendees while improving engagement across distributed teams.
VideoOS 5.1 also simplifies deployment with direct connectivity to Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android through HP Touch Controller Direct Connect and introduces a redesigned web-based management interface for easier device monitoring and administration.
New Audio and Productivity Devices Support Hybrid Work
Expanding its workplace portfolio, HP launched the HP Poly Focus 6 Series Bluetooth Headsets, featuring Acoustic Fence 2.0, Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), and Spatial Audio technologies to deliver immersive sound quality and minimize workplace distractions.
The headset offers up to 25 hours of talk time with ANC enabled, supports wireless charging, and is available in a foldable design for enhanced portability.
The HP Poly Focus 6 Series is certified for Google Meet, Google Voice, Microsoft Teams Open Office, and Zoom, while Bluetooth Direct certification enables full functionality without requiring a USB dongle.
Supporting HP’s sustainability goals, the headset includes replaceable batteries and ear cushions to extend product lifespan and has earned TCO 10 certification for meeting stringent environmental and social responsibility standards.
HP also introduced the HP Collaboration Keyboard, the world’s first programmable wireless collaboration keyboard with adjustable tilt. Designed to improve workplace productivity, the keyboard features dedicated meeting controls, customizable shortcut keys, cross-platform compatibility, and is manufactured with up to 75% post-consumer recycled plastic.
