Dalia El Kordy brings over 30 years of commercial and leadership experience
With more than three decades of professional experience, Dalia El Kordy has developed extensive expertise in sales, marketing, commercial strategy, and business development, holding several senior executive positions across leading companies and organizations.
Throughout her career, she spent more than 10 years in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and retail sectors before expanding her expertise into real estate development, hospitality, and marketing, where she played key roles in building brands and driving business performance.
Extensive leadership background across major companies
El Kordy’s professional journey includes prominent roles at several leading organizations, including Raya Holding, Al Ahram Beverages Company, and the Arby’s restaurant chain.
She also served as Chief Executive Officer of Tropicana Group, Chief Marketing Officer at Al Ahly Sabbour Developments, and most recently as Chief Commercial Officer at A Capital Holding.
Through these leadership positions, she successfully managed teams, developed impactful commercial strategies, and contributed to strong improvements in sales performance, operational efficiency, and brand growth.
