K Developments has announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement with NAMAA EXP to serve as the operational consultant for its flagship mixed-use development, Palencia Plaza, located in Al Shorouk City.
The agreement reflects K Developments’ commitment to collaborating with specialized industry experts throughout every stage of the development cycle, from planning and design to operation and asset management.
The agreement was signed by Omar Al Fayoumy, Chairman of K Developments, and Karim Ghoneim, Chief Executive Officer of NAMAA EXP.
