Under the generous patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Madinah Region,
the third edition of the Umrah and Ziyarah Forum successfully concluded, marking a major milestone in the Kingdom’s
mission to enhance the experience of the “Guests of Allah.”
The closing ceremony was attended by Assistant Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Al-Hasan bin Yahya
Al-Manakhra and Undersecretary Eng. Abdulmohsen Al-Salem, celebrating a series of landmark achievements,غ
including the participation of 160 speakers and 150 exhibitors, specialized training for 800 personnel, and the honoring
of innovators dedicated to serving over 18 million Umrah performers.
Record-Breaking Numbers and Achievements
The forum generated exceptional outcomes, with more than 50,000 visitors attending the accompanying
exhibition, which hosted over 150 global and local companies across an area exceeding 11,000 square meters.
Over the three-day event, more than 160 speakers and trainers contributed to discussions in 25 main sessions
and 40 workshops, resulting in the training and qualification of over 800 human resource personnel serving the Guests of Allah.
The integrated system successfully served more than 18 million Umrah performers, achieving a growth rate
of 214% and a satisfaction rate exceeding 94%. Additionally, the Nusuk application reached 51 million
users worldwide, and 87 historical and enriched sites were developed to enhance the pilgrim experience.
Honoring Excellence and Digital Innovation
During the closing ceremony, Dr. Ghassan bin Rashid Al-Nuwaimi, official spokesperson for the Ministry of Hajj and
Umrah, highlighted the role of the accompanying exhibition in improving human resource efficiency. The forum’s 25
main sessions and 40 workshops facilitated the training of over 800 personnel dedicated to serving pilgrims.
The ceremony also celebrated outstanding achievements, awarding successful partners and winners in the technical
innovation track for their advanced digital solutions. Awards were distributed to distinguished startups in the business
accelerator, winners of the Umrah Communication Award, and other accolades for Umrah companies and external agents.

The forum concluded as a global event that successfully shaped the future of Umrah and Ziyarah, unifying efforts
to enrich the experience of the Guests of Allah. This success reflects Saudi Arabia’s vision in global leadership of
pilgrimage services and highlights international collaboration among experts and decision-makers to develop
a comprehensive, integrated ecosystem.
