Kulture Developments has announced a strategic partnership with Vodafone Business to implement a comprehensive
suite of smart technology solutions and digital infrastructure at its mixed-use project, Patterns, located in the Fifth Settlement
of New Cairo.
The agreement was signed by Mohamed Abdel Hamid, CEO of Kulture Developments, and Haytham Anwar, Business
Complexes Development Senior Manager at Vodafone Business, in the presence of senior officials from both companies.

Patterns project in line with the latest global standards for managing and operating mixed-use developments.

company’s commitment to collaborating with distinguished entities to ensure the success and quality of the project.

As part of the collaboration, Vodafone Business will deliver a comprehensive range of services, including:

The Patterns project spans approximately 11,000 sqm of land, with a total built-up area of around 20,000 sqm, encompassing
commercial, administrative, and medical units.
Abdel Hamid highlighted that the carefully chosen location on a major axis in the Fifth Settlement increases the investment
value, with frontage on two main streets and proximity to official headquarters, upscale residential communities, and major
commercial centers.
Architectural Design and Complementary Services
The project is being designed by Raef Fahmy Architects, a leading name in architectural design, featuring a contemporary
European-inspired style that meets modern market demands.
The development will integrate both standalone and interconnected buildings, offering operational flexibility for multiple uses.
