كتب: Eman Abdeen

Coca-Cola HBC Egypt has partnered with El Sewedy Technical Academy

to empower young people through its flagship #YouthEmpowered program.

This collaboration aims to equip students with the skills they need to succeed

in the job market, bridging the gap between academic learning and industry demands.

Bridging the Skills Gap with Online Training

The #YouthEmpowered platform offers over 12 free online training courses

developed by industry experts.

These courses focus on essential skills like effective communication, time management,

project management, and CV writing.

Participants receive a certified certificate after completing at least four courses, giving

them a competitive advantage in their careers.

The program reached over 21,000 young people last year, demonstrating its broad impact.

Leaders’ Commitment to Youth and Sustainable Growth

Adnan Topic, General Manager of Coca-Cola HBC Egypt, emphasized

that youth empowerment is a daily commitment for the company.

Rana Gamali, Director of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability, highlighted

that investing in youth is the cornerstone of Egypt’s future.

Hanan ElReihany, CEO of El Sewedy Technical Academy, expressed pride in the partnership,

which provides a practical dimension to her students’ technical education, preparing them

for a stable future.

Broader Impact on Vocational Education and Employment

This initiative is part of Coca-Cola HBC Egypt’s wider dedication to supporting

vocational training and youth development.

The company operates five manufacturing facilities in Egypt that produce a wide

range of beverages and contribute to hundreds of thousands

of direct and indirect jobs, reinforcing its role in the country’s economic and social

development.
