OPPO, a leading global smart device brand, has announced the opening of OPPO Experience Center Faisal in Giza, marking a new milestone in the company’s continued investment in the Egyptian market and its broader strategy to bring technology, services and consumer engagement closer together.
The new center is OPPO’s largest service center across the Middle East and Africa to date, offering consumers an integrated destination that combines product discovery, hands-on experiences, retail, after-sales support and community engagement.
OPPO Brings Product Experience and After-Sales Services Together
The new OPPO Experience Center Faisal introduces an interactive retail concept that goes beyond the traditional shopping experience. Visitors can explore the latest OPPO devices, experience the brand’s imaging and AI capabilities, discover its broader smart-device ecosystem, and access personalized support.
The center will also host workshops and offline activities designed to encourage visitors to learn, create and connect, bringing OPPO’s global “Make Your Moment” philosophy to life through real-world experiences.
By bringing product discovery, hands-on experiences, sales, after-sales support and community engagement together in one destination, the center represents an important milestone in OPPO’s regional service expansion and its commitment to delivering a smoother and more accessible consumer journey.
OPPO Strengthens Its Long-Term Commitment to Egypt
Lay Ren, President of OPPO Middle East and Africa, said: “The OPPO Experience Center Faisal reflects the next stage of our long-term commitment to Egypt and how we envision the future of our relationship with consumers.”
He added that, as OPPO’s largest service center across the Middle East and Africa to date, the new destination represents an important milestone in the company’s regional expansion.
“By bringing technology, experience, and service together in one destination, we aim to make every interaction with OPPO more accessible, seamless, and meaningful, while building lasting value for consumers and Egypt’s wider technology ecosystem,” he added.
OPPO Experience Center Faisal Inspired by Egyptian Culture
The new center was designed around the concept of “Harmony with Local Culture,” combining OPPO’s global retail design standards with elements inspired by Egyptian heritage.
The design features pyramid-inspired textures, a transparent façade and greenery that evokes the atmosphere of a desert oasis. The first floor draws inspiration from the traditional Egyptian souq, creating a retail environment that blends OPPO’s global identity with local cultural elements.
Connecting the two floors is a staircase inspired by the Nile River, featuring photographs captured by Egyptian OPPO users. The design places local stories and consumer experiences at the heart of the center, reinforcing OPPO’s connection with the Egyptian community.
Integrated After-Sales Support and Device Services
The second floor houses an integrated after-sales service area providing technical assistance, device repairs and support in a comfortable environment designed around convenience and hospitality.
The service area is intended to create a smoother ownership experience for OPPO customers, covering the journey from purchase through after-sales care and technical support.
OPPO Announces Exclusive Opening Offers and Prizes
To celebrate the opening of OPPO Experience Center Faisal, the company is introducing a range of limited-time benefits for customers.
From August through September 2026, eligible purchases will give customers the opportunity to enter a prize draw, with a Reno16 F among the prizes.
From August through October 2026, OPPO customers across Egypt can also benefit from complimentary screen protector installation.
In addition, eligible smartphone purchases will receive an additional six-month warranty extension, bringing the total warranty period to 20 months, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
OPPO Targets 18 Self-Owned Stores in Egypt in 2026
The opening of OPPO Experience Center Faisal further strengthens the company’s growing presence in the Egyptian market.
With the new location, OPPO now operates seven self-owned stores across Cairo, Giza, Tanta and Benha, supported by a nationwide network of more than 8,000 distributors and retailers.
OPPO plans to expand its self-owned retail network to 18 stores by the end of 2026, while continuing to strengthen partnerships with retailers, distributors and telecom operators.
The company also plans to expand its presence in high-growth and underserved areas, including Upper Egypt, as part of its broader strategy to bring its products and services closer to consumers across the country.
Together with its local manufacturing efforts, these investments form part of OPPO’s broader localization strategy and long-term commitment to the Egyptian market.
