Serac Developments has announced the signing of a strategic partnership with Sarh Construction, appointing the company as the main contractor responsible for the full execution of its landmark SHAMASI project on Egypt’s North Coast.
The partnership reflects Serac Developments’ commitment to collaborating with leading construction companies to ensure the delivery of its projects according to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and timely execution.
Under the agreement, Sarh Construction will undertake 100% of the construction works for SHAMASI, starting from the initial phases of development through the final delivery stage. The scope of work includes the construction of 1,564 residential units, in addition to the project’s commercial and service components.
