Al-Waheed Developments has officially announced the launch of ZAHA Residence, a new integrated residential project in 6th of October City, West Cairo, with total investments estimated at EGP 3 billion. Maher noted that unit sizes range from 60 sqm to 175 sqm, while residential buildings consist of a ground floor plus five repeated floors, achieving an ideal balance between privacy, density, and community planning.
