Egyptian Developers Advances Client Commitment with Jaya East Handover
Egyptian Developers has announced that it will begin the initial handover of its Jaya East mixed-use project in El Shorouk City starting in August 2026, following the completion of all construction works and the final stages of finishing. The milestone reflects the company’s commitment to delivering its developments on schedule while reinforcing customer confidence.
Construction Completed and Finishing Works Reach 98%
Dr. Abdelrahman Abu Zeid, Chairman of Egyptian Developers, said the commencement of deliveries marks a key milestone in the company’s growth and demonstrates its ability to fulfill its commitments by developing projects that offer long-term investment value and meet evolving real estate market demands.
He revealed that all structural construction and electromechanical works have been completed, while finishing works have reached approximately 98%, ensuring that the project will be delivered fully operational and in line with the technical and engineering standards promised since its launch.
Jaya East to Transform El Shorouk City’s Commercial Landscape
According to Abu Zeid, Jaya East is one of the company’s flagship developments and is set to reshape the commercial and administrative landscape of El Shorouk City. The project is the first fully operational mixed-use development located on Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis, positioning it to benefit from the city’s rapid urban expansion and population growth.
The development is designed to serve residents across East Cairo, including El Shorouk City, New Heliopolis, Sodic East, and neighboring residential communities, creating an integrated destination for commercial, administrative, and medical services while supporting local economic activity.
Strategic Location Strengthens Investment Appeal
Built over a 11,000-square-meter built-up area, Jaya East comprises commercial, administrative, and medical units distributed across a ground floor and four upper floors, offering a diversified investment destination for retailers, businesses, healthcare providers, and investors.
The project’s strategic location is among its strongest competitive advantages. It is situated on Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis, close to the Light Rail Transit (LRT) station and Madinaty, directly opposite Sakan Misr, and within easy reach of both the Suez and Ismailia roads. The development also features a 110-meter main frontage, providing exceptional visibility and high commercial exposure.
Expansion Strategy Focused on Sustainable Value
Abu Zeid emphasized that Egyptian Developers continues to execute its expansion strategy by focusing on projects with premium locations, high construction standards, and sustainable investment returns. This approach strengthens the confidence of both clients and business partners while reinforcing the company’s reputation as one of Egypt’s reliable real estate developers.
He concluded that Jaya East represents a significant addition to El Shorouk City by introducing an integrated destination for commercial, administrative, and medical activities. The project aligns with the ongoing urban development across East Cairo and is expected to enhance service quality while creating new investment opportunities in the area.
