K Developments has achieved sales of around 90% of the first phase of its PAUSE North Coast project, which is being developed with investments of up to EGP 20 billion in the North Coast.
The company attributed the strong sales performance to the project’s integrated planning and design, competitive pricing, and flexible payment plans, which have contributed to attracting customers and supporting purchasing decisions.
Integrated Master Plan Supports Project’s Market Performance
Ahmed El-Fayoumy, CEO of K Developments, said the launch of the first phase was based on an integrated master plan and a distinctive concept designed to offer a comprehensive coastal lifestyle rather than simply a holiday home.
El-Fayoumy explained that PAUSE North Coast combines the tranquility and traditional character of the North Coast with the vibrancy of modern coastal destinations. He noted that competitive prices and flexible payment plans have also played a role in supporting customer demand and the project’s current sales performance.
He added that the company is preparing to announce a number of major contracts and strategic partnerships related to the project during the coming period, as part of its plans to provide integrated services and experiences within PAUSE North Coast.
Strategic Partnerships to Enhance PAUSE North Coast
According to El-Fayoumy, K Developments is targeting partnerships with a range of service providers next year to enhance the project’s value proposition and strengthen its position as an integrated destination on the North Coast.
The planned partnerships are expected to expand the range of services and experiences available to residents and visitors, in line with the company’s development strategy for the project.
PAUSE North Coast Spans 250 Feddans
El-Fayoumy said PAUSE North Coast extends across approximately 250 feddans and benefits from a strategic location between kilometers 86 and 88 of the Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh Desert Road.
The project is approximately five minutes from Zahran, eight minutes from the new yacht marina, and 10 minutes from New Alamein City. It can also be accessed through the new Fouka Road, Wadi El Natrun Road, and Alamein International Airport.
“Between Nostalgia & Noise” Defines the Project’s Concept
The project’s concept is based on the philosophy of “Between Nostalgia & Noise,” reflecting K Developments’ approach to creating a coastal experience that combines the quiet and authentic character of the North Coast with the modern activities and experiences associated with contemporary coastal destinations.
The concept is designed to provide customers with greater flexibility in choosing the type of coastal experience that suits their preferences within the project.
Low-Density Development and Open Spaces
El-Fayoumy said PAUSE North Coast follows a low-density development model, with the built-up area accounting for no more than 9.5% of the project’s total land area.
More than 90% of the project’s area is allocated to lagoons, water features, landscaping, amenities, and services. According to the company, this approach is aligned with the project’s master plan and aims to maximize open spaces for residents and visitors.
Second Phase to Follow New Partnership Announcements
El-Fayoumy concluded that K Developments is preparing to announce new partnerships during the coming period ahead of the launch of the project’s second phase.
The company said the planned partnerships form part of its ongoing efforts to expand the range of services, facilities, and experiences available at PAUSE North Coast and further develop the project as an integrated coastal destination.
